SSNeP+ with funding from Global Fund through UNFPA conducted a series of quarterly board meetings from 2021 to 2023 in Juba County. The main purpose of board meetings is for the directors to address operational issues, review health program performance, and evaluate organizational policies.
A quarterly board meeting allows leadership teams from state networks and member associations to align on a shared vision for SSNeP+'s future and ensure strict compliance with donor agreements and national health frameworks.
